Project Background

The building was formerly known as the old Port

of London Authority offices, which was Grade 2

listed. Acquired in 2011 by international developer 

Reignwood Group and KOP Properties, the building

has undergone a major transformation, converting 

to a high profile hotel, apartments, and health club. 

The main external facades were carefully refurbished

to retain the original features, all in accordance with

the Grade 2 listing.

 

The new hotel complex known as No.10 Trinity Square

is to open it's doors in late 2015.
